However, there are a number of realistic, practical steps that any translator can take when seeking that elusive first book contract. From how to put together a pitch for publishers to what further training to pursue, from how to increase your visibility in the industry to what networking opportunities to keep an eye out for, this series of three workshops will offer tips and guidance for aspiring literary translators and offer attendees some valuable ideas on where to start.
Open to participants working with any language pair.
