We are delighted to announce the beginning of a new partnership between Literature Ireland and the School of Languages, Literatures and Cultures at University College Cork. This partnership will support an annual residential bursary for a literary translator to travel to Ireland and live and work on the beautiful UCC Campus in Cork City.
The first residency will take place over 10 weeks, from mid-June to August 2020.
Applications are now open, and we welcome applicants currently translating an Irish work of literature into Spanish, and primarily resident in Spain.
