Translation Event in Nano Nagle

You are all warmly invited to a lunchtime event in which Irish author Louise Hegarty will discuss the translation into French of her debut novel Fair Play with Laetitia Devaux, UCC’s Literary Translator in Residence, and co-translator Léonie Guillot-Alissant. The conversation will be chaired by Danny Denton (Creative Writing) and Martín Veiga (Department of Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American Studies).

 

The event, jointly organised by the School of Languages, Literatures and Cultures and the School of English and Digital Humanities (Creative Writing), with kind support of the Department of French, Nano Nagle Place and Literature Ireland, will take place at Nano Nagle Place on Thursday 1st May at 1:00 pm.
